Job summary

The St. Regis London is seeking a Barback to support the bar team in delivering seamless service at our Mayfair property.

You will help keep bars stocked, clean and ready for guest service while working closely with bartenders and supervisors to maintain an organised environment. As part of a luxury hospitality team, you will contribute to an exceptional guest experience, uphold high standards, and develop knowledge of beverages and cocktails within a prestigious brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the bar team with daily operations, ensuring areas are prepared and stocked.
• Complete opening and closing duties including setup and cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and back-of-house areas.
• Restock ice, glassware, garnishes and supplies during service.
• Clear used glassware and keep bar tops tidy and ready for guests.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in excellent condition.
• Assist with deliveries and organization of bar supplies.
• Check with supervisors to ensure duties are completed.
• Anticipate bar team needs to support service flow.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support a positive and collaborative working environment.
