Job summary

GAUCHO is seeking an enthusiastic Barback to join our Newcastle team for a fixed-term period over the festive season. You will support bar staff, maintain cleanliness and ensure the bar runs smoothly during busy shifts.

You will need energy, a strong team spirit and a can-do attitude to deliver great guest experiences. This temporary role offers benefits including food discounts and on-shift meals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Prepare garnishes, ice and bar mise en place as required.
• Rotate stock and ensure bar is stocked before and during shift.
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
• Support bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest experience.
