Job summary

GAUCHO in Cardiff is seeking a festive period Barback for a temporary fixed-term contract. The role requires enthusiasm and energy, with the ability to work well within a team to support bar staff and guests.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, preparing garnishes, stock rotation, and ensuring the bar is stocked before and during shifts. Staff meals and 50% off food are provided on shift.
