Salary: Up to £15/hour (rate inclusive of tronc)

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Barback to join the pre-opening team of what’s set to become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this Michelin-starred chef-led restaurant features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine— sunshine food for the soul.

Expected start date: 15th July 2025

As our Barback, you will receive:

• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.65 (minimum contracted rate) to £15.00 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked, inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Barback, you:

• Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
• Have experience building productive relationships with colleagues within the bar and across other departments, looking for ways to enhance the guest experience.
• Will provide support to the bar team and be responsible for bar prep, stock and cleaning duties
• Should have previous experience working as a Barback
