Join the MOI Team – Barback Position – £14.50+ per hour (Depending on experience)

MOI is an inventive fusion of Japanese flavours with a modern, elevated twist, located in Soho’s iconic Wardour Street. Led by Executive Chef Andy Cook, the kitchen embraces Japanese cuisine as a canvas, highlighting peak-season ingredients and global influences to create dishes that are both complex and inviting.

As a Barback at MOI, you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests
• Offering extra holidays after 2 years (1 additional day per year, up to 33 days)
• Participating in cycle-to-work schemes and Lime/Forest bike subscriptions
• Enjoying supplier trips and training opportunities
• Receiving generous referral bonuses: £350 for hourly staff, £700 for salaried staff
• Accessing wellness, mental health, and healthcare perks
• Receiving delicious meals on shift
