Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire invites applications for a Barback to join the Wild Carrot team in the heart of the Hampshire countryside. The role supports bartenders and servers, ensuring stock, cleanliness, and smooth service in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Ideal candidates show a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential; eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is required.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders and servers by ensuring the bar is fully stocked.
• Replenish beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice and other bar supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across bar areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and prepare areas for service.
• Collect and wash glassware and manage stock levels during busy periods.
• Receive, store and rotate bar stock in line with company standards.
• Support inventory and stock control processes as directed by management.
• Remove used glassware and keep guest-facing areas clean and presentable.
• Work with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of luxury, care, and service excellence.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Barback to join our Wild Carrot team. As a Barback, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting the bartenders and service team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.What You Will Do

• Support bartenders and servers by ensuring the bar is fully stocked throughout service

  Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential
