Sea Containers London is seeking a dedicated Barback to support the bartending team on London’s South Bank. You will help keep the bar clean, restock supplies, and assist with drink preparation to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar inventory, including glassware, liquor, and other supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and ready for service.
• Help with the preparation of garnishes, mixers, and other bar essentials.
• Collect and wash glassware, ensuring it is clean and ready for use.
• Monitor bar equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist in delivering orders to tables and clearing empty glasses.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the bar area meets the highest standards of cleanliness.

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to support our bartending team and ensure our bar operates smoothly. As a Barback, you will play a key role in maintaining the bar's cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting bartenders with preparation and service. Key Responsibilities:

Salary: £12.71 per hour + service charge
