Big Mamma is a French-Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe, including France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy.

Your Role: Barback

• Be part of the BIG MAMMA Bar team.
• Clean glasses and maintain stock during service.
• Open and close the bar, and complete necessary prep.
• Respect health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar.
• Create a magical experience for our customers, making their day special.
• Embody Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.

Your Skills

• Big smile and passion for Italian food!
• Great energy, proactive attitude, and team spirit.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Previous bar experience in a busy environment is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
