Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group's Hoxton venue seeks a passionate Barback to join the sky-high Solaya dining concept on the 25th floor of art’otel London Hoxton. This role features a rewards package and a dynamic team environment with a Michelin-influenced kitchen leadership.

You will support the bar team with prep, stock and cleaning duties, with competitive hourly pay and a range of benefits designed to enhance wellbeing and work-life balance.

• Should have previous experience working as a Barback.

Located on the 25th floor of the stunning art’otel London Hoxton, this new restaurant led byMichelin-Starred ChefKenny Atkinsonfeatures a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.

The menu celebrates the vibrant flavours ofSouthern French and Mediterraneancuisine - sunshine food for the soul.

As ourBarback,you will receive:

• Salary:It is anticipated you will receivefrom£13.15(minimum contracted rate)to£15.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked, inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance
