Job summary

Cubitt House is seeking an enthusiastic Bar Back to join the bar team. You’ll support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and help ensure smooth service.

Previous hospitality is preferred but not essential; you should be willing to learn, work at pace, and be flexible for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar fully stocked and organised.
• Replenish glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar supplies throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and back‑of‑house areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including deliveries and stock rotation.
• Work closely with the bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold Cubitt House standards of quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Bar Back - £13.50-15/hour OTE (including Tronc)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join the bar team at one of our Cubitt House Pubs. As a Barback, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the bar team, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands‑on position perfect for someone eager to learn, work at pace, and be part of a high‑energy, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during service by keeping the bar fully stocked and organised.
