McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a Bar & Waiting Supervisor in Hertford to lead and inspire front-of-house teams, ensuring guests enjoy high standards of service across busy shifts.

You will coach colleagues, manage shifts, and support store management to maintain our community-focused hospitality. We offer training through our internalGrow Programme and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is essential.
• Strong guest service mindset and people skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team to deliver exceptional service.

As a Bar & Waiting Supervisor you will be responsible for

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential however full training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme both in house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
