Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd is seeking a Bar & Waiting Supervisor to lead service in our Classic pub concept. You will help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests receive great pub dining during busy shifts.

Previous supervisory experience is essential; full training is provided through the McMullen GROW Programme at our Hertford Training Centre. We offer a competitive salary, weekly pay, staff meal discounts, and clear career development opportunities.

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential however full training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme both in house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
