Job summary

Destination Inns, part of the McMullen Family, is seeking a Bar & Waiting Supervisor to deliver exceptional guest service in a relaxed country dining setting with full table service and a classic British menu.

You will be trained through the McMullen GROW Programme, coaching and guiding the team, running shifts, and supporting the Management team; this role offers shift flexibility, weekly pay, and generous staff benefits.

• Prior supervisory experience is essential; full training will be provided through the GROW Programme.

Prior experience within a supervisory role is essential however full training will be given through the McMullen GROW Programme both in house and at our Training and Development Centre in Hertford.
