Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd. in Hitchin is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Classic pub concept. This part-time role is 25 hours per week, offering a supportive environment where guests come first, and staff are developed through our GROW Programme.

You will lead a busy team, deliver outstanding service, manage bookings and rota planning, and handle cash and stock control. The role includes a competitive salary and bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential.
• Training via McMullen GROW Programme provided.
• Part-time role 25 hours per week.
