Job summary

JW Lees, a historic family-owned brewer with nearly 200 years of heritage, is seeking Bar and Waiting Team Members to join our pubs, inns and hotels in the North West region. You will focus on delivering outstanding customer service, support your teammates, and share your passion for beer and great hospitality.

As a Bar and Waiting Team Member you’ll know our beers inside out and confidently recommend food and drinks.

Qualifications

• Provide best in class customer service tailored to the customer
• Support teammates and work as part of a family
• Know everything about our beers
• Confidently recommend food and drink to customers
• Experience not required; be proactive and passionate about hospitality

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient service focused on customers
• Assist teammates and support operations as part of a close-knit team
• Promote and explain our beers and offerings
