Chef & Brewer is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to join our welcoming team. Sunday lunch availability is a must, and you will be pouring pints, serving food, and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Pour and serve drinks and assist customers at the bar.
• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Recommend drinks and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the bar and dining area.
