Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to help create memorable experiences for customers in our pubs across the country. You’ll pour drinks, recommend beverages, and support guests from arrival to departure in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Great eye for detail; ensure every pint is poured to perfection.
• Passion for giving great service and making customers feel welcome.
• Positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers while they dine with us.
• Keep the bar safe, legal, and clean, and address issues quickly and safely.
