Job summary

Chef & Brewer is seeking Bar & Waiting Staff to join a friendly, inclusive team. You’ll pour pints, recommend drinks and ensure guests have a memorable visit across our country-style pubs.

You’ll help with food service, maintain bar safety and allergen controls, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We value attitude and teamwork and provide ongoing training, career development, and staff discounts across our brands.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
