Bar & Waiting Staff - The Castle Carvery Clocktower, Norwich

We’re now looking to add Bar & Waiting Staff to our team at The Castle Carvery Clocktower in Norwich. We’re proud of the team we have already built at The Clocktower, which is currently undergoing some investment, making it an exciting place to work.

The Clocktower is part of Red Cat Independent Pub’s carvery group, named Castle Carvery. It has an excellent reputation for serving comforting homemade British pub classics and great Carvery fare. The pub is currently undergoing refurbishment, and we can’t wait to showcase the new Clocktower to Norwich. The service is fast-paced, and the food is freshly made on-site, so our front-of-house team takes pride in our food offering.

The ideal Barman / Waiter will have a warm and welcoming demeanour and will do everything possible to make guests feel at home. We seek someone who can work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude, creating memorable experiences for guests and a fun environment for the team. Responsibilities include running food to tables, clearing and relaying tables, upselling, and making drinks, among others.
