There is no required experience; you will gain a nationally recognised qualification, access to wage progression, and helpful mentorship from experienced teams.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Apprenticeship training delivered on the job.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths may be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and communicate the service cycle and offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations based on guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in front of house and toilets.
• Participate in team meetings and training modules.
