Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting for a full-time Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship, running over 15 months in a busy licensed premises. You’ll learn service, upsell, and brand standards while delivering welcoming guest experiences.

No prior experience is required; you will be supported by a mentor and Lifetime Learner Coach, with progression opportunities across our brands and a substantial staff discount.

Qualifications

• No experience required; warm, helpful manner taught on the job.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths (if not GC​SE or equivalent).
• Reviews every 12 weeks with mentor and Lifetime Learner Coach.

Responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests and explain service cycle and offers.
• Provide personalised recommendations and remember guest preferences.
• Maintain front of house, outdoor and toilet areas; ensure clean environment.
