You will learn on-the-job within our licensed premises and gain a nationally recognised qualification while supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 18 or over due to licensing and role requirements.
• No prior experience required; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, communicating the service cycle and any offers or events.
• Provide personalised recommendations tailored to each guest.
• Remember guest preferences and engage in meaningful conversations to build loyalty.
• Ensure guests are enjoying their meal and collect feedback via guest experience surveys.
• Deliver fast, efficient service and handle queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
