Job summary

Rarebreed Dining Limited in Cobham is seeking an experienced and passionate bar tender to join our growing team full time. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced bar, bring a love of cocktails, and deliver consistent, friendly service while working with a supportive team.

Reporting to the Bar Manager and Deputy General Manager, you will help open and close the bar, manage stock, learn new recipes, and contribute to developing our hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced bars, cocktail background preferred.
• Strong customer service and presentation.
• Willingness to learn new recipes and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar, ensuring stock and equipment are ready.
• Provide exceptional service to guests and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and assist with stock control.
• Collaborate with Bar Manager and Deputy GM to uphold standards.
