Job summary

Easthampstead Park, operated by Active Hospitality, seeks aBar Tender on a full-time basis. The role supports the bar and restaurant service for events and functions, with an emphasis on quality F&B service in a historic Berkshire venue.

45 hours per week, shift work, weekends and bank holidays required. Salary up to £29,741.40 per annum plus tips; benefits include training and ongoing development in a prestigious setting.

Qualifications

Job description

As a member of the bar team you will be part of a Team of Food & Beverage service professionals supporting tables service at dinner and assisting on the bar during special events and functions.,

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Assist in managing stock levels, including ordering supplies as necessary.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently serve customers during peak hours.
  
  Whilst experience within a quality Food & Beverage outlets is desirable, a passion for excellence, a can do attitude and a willingness to learn is essential. Various hours available. Must have weekend availability., Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.

  We are looking for enthusiastic Bar Tender on a full-time basis, 45 hours per week - shift work is essential as well as the expectation to work weekends & bank holidays.
Salary up to £29,741.40 per annum plus tips.
