Beds & Bars in the United Kingdom is seeking a Bar Team Member to prepare and serve drinks, maintain a clean bar, and support kitchen service for breakfast buffets and group meals.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality environments is preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drink Preparation & Service: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the bar area clean and orderly, including washing glasses and sanitizing surfaces.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and restock bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and balance the register after shifts.
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
• Collaboration: Work with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Event Support: Assist with setup and service for events and private functions.
• Food Service: Ensure timely delivery of à la carte orders and buffet service.
