Upham Inns is seeking Bar Team Members to join its unique pubs across Southern England. You will welcome guests, take orders, handle payments and serve drinks in a friendly, efficient manner.

Ideal candidates are 18+, confident communicators with strong organisational and decision-making skills, and a right to work in the UK. Training and development are provided within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old due to licensing laws.
• You’ll be a great communicator.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
• Taking food & drink orders and handling cash/card payments.
• Serving hot & cold beverages including alcohol.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout pub area.
• Assisting with managerial requests.
