Upham Inns is recruiting Bar Team Members to join a unique, stylish pub in the heart of the community. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and serve drinks while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

We offer development pathways to management, training to sharpen guest service and craft skills, and a supportive team in a busy bar environment. Previous pub experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to licensing.
• You’ll be a great communicator.
• You’ll have great decision‑making skills.
• You should be confident.
• You’ll need to be organised.
• Have the Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests in the pub.
• Taking food & drink orders and handling cash/card payments.
• Serving hot & cold beverages including alcohol.
• Ensure cleanliness throughout pub area.
• Assisting with managerial requests.
