The Rickety Press is seeking a Bar Team Member to join our lively Newbury pub. You’ll work at the bar, delivering friendly service and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

From day one you’ll build connections with locals, support managers with daily tasks, and contribute to a welcoming, top-notch hospitality experience. Competitive hourly pay reflects your contribution and team spirit.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong team player with great people skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Experience in bar or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections with locals while serving guests.
• Support managers in the day-to-day running of the pub.
• Provide excellent customer service at the bar and ensure smooth service.

Bar Team Member

£12.21 – £12.71 per hour

From the bar: We offer a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails – all served by knowledgeable and passionate staff to customers who care about quality and community.

From the kitchen: We serve authentic Neapolitan pizzas cooked at 450°C in our pizza oven, alongside tasty burgers, brunch dishes, and sides that hit the spot.
