Job summary

SSP is recruiting for a Bar Team Member at Monty's Diner, Leeds Bradford Airport. This fixed-term contract runs until December 2026 and the unit is a new opening. The pay is £12.85 per hour, with an extra £1.20 per hour for hours between midnight and 6 AM, bringing the rate to £14.05 per hour.

You can earn extra tips and service charge, with shifts across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays. Join us to be part of the energy and hospitality buzz at the airport.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• Due to responsibilities, applicants must be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks and be able to serve alcohol.

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Prepare for service to ensure everything is ready to a high standard.
• Help create a memorable and special experience for guests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Take customer orders through table service and support guests using QR code ordering.
• Run food from the pass to tables efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and serve drinks as part of the restaurant service.
