Surya Hotels invites you to join The Bricklayers Bar Team, where great service and vibrant energy go hand in hand. You’ll serve drinks and food with a smile, chat with locals, and learn our spirits and wines while mastering till operations and stock control.

• A willingness to learn bar systems and processes – tills, stock rotation, cellar basics.
• Reliability and punctuality.

• Serving drinks and food with a smile.

• Pouring the perfect pints, mixing drinks and learning your spirits and wines.
• Taking orders and handling payments.
• Helping open and close the bar, including weekends and bank holidays.

No two shifts are the same on the Bar, you’ll be:
