Job description

A Bar Supervisor with strong cocktail knowledge is required for this gorgeous luxury hotel set in a stunning location in the Worcestershire countryside.

There is a fine dining restaurant offering seasonal a la carte menus as well as a beautiful bar and lounge area serving a fantastic selection of wines and classic and bespoke cocktails.

You must have supervisor experience in a similar hotel or restaurant environment and unfortunately without this experience, your application can’t be considered.

You will be working a beautifully renovated, country house hotel, oozing luxury and set within a stunning location and providing amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

As Bar Supervisor you will:

• Supervise the bar within this establishment where you will be offering great, knowledgeable service
• Be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to junior team members
• Ensure each customer is offered the highest level of customer service
• Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with customers
• Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
