Public House Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead a busy bar team, maintain high service standards, and deliver memorable experiences for guests. You will work closely with the Bar manager to inspire staff, develop the drinks menu, monitor stock, and ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.50) plus service charge, staff meals, discounts, wellbeing support and progression opportunities across our pubs and restaurants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bar supervisor or head bartender in a high-end high-volume venue.
• Experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and development of diverse teams.
• Positive, friendly attitude and collaborative teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Working closely with the Bar manager, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards. What you'll be doing a Bar Supervisor:

• Supervise the bar, oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service at pace, whilst maintaining high standards.
• Inspire and supervise a team of bartenders, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist to develop and maintain an exciting drink menu, create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experiences for our guests.
• Monitor stock levels, keep track of stock usage and place orders when required.
• Mentor and train bar staff to improve their skills and provide them with opportunities to grown within the company.
• Work closely with the management team to implement new ideas that enhance the guest experience and drive business growth.

About you, our new Bar Supervisor:

• Proven experience as a bar supervisor or strong experience as a Head Bartender in a high-end high-volume venue.
• Advantageous if you have previous experience in fine dining or high end restaurants
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage and develop a diverse team.
• Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
