Description

Seven Dials Market is our flagship market and the largest in the KERB network. Our bars require a strong leadership team to deliver excellent service and maintain fluid revenue streams. Your role will include assisting the venue management with stock control, including inventory checks, ordering, and storage.

As a Bar Supervisor, you will ensure the team is motivated, well-equipped, and trained to deliver a world-class experience. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations is essential. You will communicate regularly with the AGM and oversee bar operations in their absence.

The primary goal of the Bar Supervisor is to work closely with management and the team to deliver Exceptional Hospitality and Brilliant Drinks Only.

What you'll be doing
  • Guiding and overseeing your team to ensure responsibilities are understood and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Upholding cleanliness standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting bartenders with tasks like garnishing, mixing, and pouring.
  • Providing excellent customer service and anticipating guest needs.
  • Setting up and closing the bar shift.
  • Ensuring responsible alcohol service, including ID checks.
  • Training new staff on procedures and standards.
  • Having a good knowledge of KERB's values and history.
  • Communicating confidently with staff, guests, and traders.
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
  • Paying attention to detail to keep the venue inviting.
  • Sharing a passion for quality food and drink.
  • Working in a busy central London environment with events.
  • Representing the KERB and SDM brands with pride.
