Job summary

Carden Park Hotel Ltd is seeking Bar Staff to join our Bar Team across Restaurant Bar, Main Hotel Bar and Events Bar. We offer flexible contracts with hours from zero to 40 per week, including late nights, weekends and bank holidays, with pay up to £12.71 per hour plus service charge.

Join a fast-paced, friendly environment where no two days are the same. Previous bar experience is welcome, but training is provided, and a vehicle or reliable transport is needed due to the rural location.

Qualifications

• Aged 18 or over.
• Friendly and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Great communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and open the bar for service.
• Serve beverages efficiently and professionally while following licensing rules.
• Prepare and present drinks to a high standard, including cocktails when required.
• Provide warm, friendly, attentive service to every guest.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Process cash and card payments accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
• Close the bar at the end of service and secure the area.
