Job summary

Malmaison Oxford seeks a Bar Supervisor, a hands-on operator who using your knowledge and experience will motivate, educate and inspire the bar team and guest experiences.

We are open 7 days a week and need people to work a range of shifts and days—flexibility is important. We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside brand training to help you develop. You'll help create memorable guest experiences and drive the F&B offer at Malmaison.

Qualifications

• Hands-on operator with knowledge and experience to motivate, educate and inspire.
• Willing to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, educate and inspire the bar team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure high standards of service, banter and knowledge when serving drinks.
• Work within open hours seven days a week with flexible shift patterns discussed at interview.
