The role...

As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervisingall aspects of the outlet when on shift
• Delivering an exceptional product and an excellent customer service
• Assisting,training, instructing and supporting casual student staff

This individual will need to demonstrate that they are anexperienced and reliable supervisor when providing assistance to Eagle & Ball's management team to ensure successful and smooth operationof the pub.The Bar and Catering services at Eagle & Ball are an essential part of the student experience and we are committed to providing the best experience and service to our customers.

You'll joina supportive team committed to providing an excellent experience for BCU students. Eagle & Balloffers a dynamic work environment, with most weekends off, weekly events, and the opportunity todevelop your skills.

Our hospitality team isled by an experienced Area Manager and you'll be working alongside our Kitchen Supervisors tosupport our team of student staff.

Job type

Fixed term, full timecontract for 12 months, with possibility of becoming permanent.

Hours

35 hours per week.

Eagle & Ball is open weekdays 12pm - 11pm and iscurrently closed on weekends but may require coverage of shifts for weekend private hire bookings.

Our pub is alsoclosed onbank holidaysand study breaks during Winter, Easter and Summer.
