• Wet Stock Wizard:Manage our inventory of drinks, keeping the bar fully stocked and organized.
• Cellar Master:Maintain impeccable line cleaning and cellar management, ensuring perfect pours every time.
• Cleanliness Champion:Ensure the bar is sparkling clean at all times, with regular deep cleans to maintain our high standards.
• Health & Safety Hero:Uphold all health and safety requirements, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Equipment Guardian:Maintain and ensure the proper function of all bar equipment.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
