Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to join our team at our vibrant pubs and brasseries. You’ll help manage the floor during shifts, support management with setup and close downs, and ensure guests feel special through strong service on a busy floor.

We value interpersonal skills and experience in fresh-food environments. The role offers training, progression opportunities, and staff perks across our Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc venues.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant.
