Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking friendly, guest-focused staff to join our team across our cosy pubs and brasseries. You’ll help deliver warm, attentive service, manage floor activity during shifts, and support management with setup and close-down tasks. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a quick-service/fast-casual restaurant.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• Confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
