Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to lead guest service on the floor and assist management with shift setup and close-downs. This role rewards a people-focused approach and a hands-on leadership style within our award-winning hospitality group.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh-food restaurant, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and upholding brand standards across Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restaurant
• Excellent interpersonal skills and guests-focused approach
• Ability to support on-floor service and assist management during shifts

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-floor service and assist management with shift setup and close-downs
• Ensure guests have a great experience and staff follow brand standards
• Help train and mentor team members as part of the Stepping Stones programme

About You:

• You're a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special
• You're confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs
• Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fresh food restuarant
