Job summary

Heartwood Collection is seeking a Supervisor to join our cosy pubs and brasseries. You’ll help run shifts on the floor, ensuring guests feel special and operations run smoothly across a busy service.

Qualifications

• You’re a people person with great interpersonal skills and love making guests feel special.
• You’re confident in looking after elements of service and team members on the floor and to assist management in the shift, set up and close downs.
