The Role – Assistant Bar Manager

As Assistant Bar Manager you will need to have excellent cocktails skills and fantastic bar product knowledge to support in the management of the bar. You will need a minimum of two year’s bar experience, one year at supervisory or Assistant Management level and be capable of working in a vibrant, fast paced environment. Experience of working in a high quality bar/restaurant, together with a real passion for service excellence is essential.
