As Food & Beverage Manager at Theatre Royal & Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham, you’ll play a key role in one of the city’s most exciting entertainment venues. You’ll lead the hospitality operation across The Yarn Bar, foyer and concession bars, cellar and wider catering services, delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales, commercial performance and operational excellence.
You’ll lead, inspire and develop a passionate team, creating a high-performing culture where great service and great results go hand in hand. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow the F&B operation, maximise revenue, improve efficiency and bring new ideas to life across a busy programme of shows and events. This is a hands‑on, high‑energy role where no two days are the same—and where your leadership can make a real impact.

Legends Global plays an important role in the venue’s hospitality operations, managing The Yarn Bar and a range of concession and foyer bars across the building.
