Job summary

Pachamama Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor for our Notting Hill venue. You will lead the bar team, maintain exceptional standards and oversee day-to-day bar and wine operations.

Responsibilities include ordering, stock control, stock counts, MarketMan administration, and acting as the operational link between the bar, Restaurant Manager and Bars & Beverages team. This development-focused role supports growth as the business evolves.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a bar team in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to manage bar and wine operations and standards.
• Familiarity with stock control, ordering and inventory processes.
• Knowledge of MarketMan or similar bar management software.

As

within your venue.

The role focuses on leading the bar team, maintaining exceptional standards at all times, and managing all bar and wine-related operations, including
