The role:

We require an ambitious bar supervisor, eager to grow with us. Working within an experienced team, our goal is to develop you into a bar manager for our future sites.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:

1. Assisting in shift management of the bar teams
2. Promoting exceptional standards of customer service
3. Creating a positive image and environment, and enhancing all working relationships
4. Adhering to health and safety systems
5. Driving team engagement and reward & recognition
6. Assisting with stocktaking processes
7. Open and close duties of all the bar areas
