Job summary

Harri is seeking a Bar Supervisor in the City of London to assist the Bar Manager in overseeing all beverage operations. You will lead a team of bartenders and waitstaff, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to standards.

With a focus on a memorable guest experience, you will be a dynamic, welcoming presence on shifts, driving service excellence and collaborating with the broader leadership team at SUSHISAMBA, London.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of beverage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Personal License holder.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead bartenders and cocktail waiters/waitresses.
• Customer-focused with exceptional guest service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.
• Ability to maintain and set processes and standards.
• Certifications to comply with health codes and alcohol regulations.

Your Requirements:

As a Bar Supervisor we would love you to have:

• At least 4 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity

• Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters / waitresses
