Bromley Court Hotel is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the hotel's bars, delivering exceptional guest experiences through hands-on leadership, product knowledge and high service standards.

This role involves serving guests, guiding the team on the floor, training colleagues, and taking the lead on bar table service, stock control and beverage quality during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Bar or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Able to lead a team and work on the floor.

• Training, coaching and developing Food & Beverage team members to continually improve bar service standards.

Job description

Bar Supervisor

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s bars, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through visible leadership, excellent product knowledge and consistently high service standards. This is a hands-on operational role. The Bar Supervisor will spend the majority of their time serving guests, leading the team from the floor and maintaining standards. Depending on business levels, they may be the sole bartender on duty or may lead and support a larger team during busy periods, functions and events. A key priority of the role is to train, coach and develop colleagues, continually improving bar standards and taking the lead on the hotel’s bar table service operation.
