Location: Bristol City Centre

Opening Date: First Week of July 2025

Pay: £13.50 - £15.00/hour + Tronc (service charge)

Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)

We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor with personality and passion to lead from behind the bar and help create something unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading shifts and bartending with flair and professionalism
• Creating innovative cocktails with a Thai twist
• Training and motivating staff for high-quality service
• Managing bar operations, stock, and compliance
• Supporting team and maintaining positive environment
• Representing Thai Express hospitality to guests

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of bar experience in a busy setting
• At least 1 year supervisory or team lead experience
• Right to work in the UK (visa holders welcome)
• Bonus: Personal Licence or Food Hygiene Level 2+
