No.124 Brighton by GuestHouse is seeking a Bar Supervisor to lead our intimate hotel bar. You’ll supervise the bar team, ensure shifts run smoothly, and mix drinks with flair while delivering warm, guest-focused service.

You’ll train and inspire the team, manage stock, and handle occasional curveballs with calm professionalism, plus enjoy a free meal on shift and other team perks.

Here at No.124 Brighton by GuestHouse, we’re a small but stylish, family-run boutique hotel, and we’re looking for a Bar Supervisor who can bring supervision, energy, and a splash of style to our bar team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervise the bar team and ensuring every shift runs smoother than a perfectly stirred Negroni
• Deliver exceptional service and unforgettable drinks — from morning coffees to late-night cocktails
• Training, supporting, and inspiring the bar team to keep standards sky-high and spirits even higher
• Managing stock and the occasional curveball with calm professionalism
• Being the friendly face guests remember — and the one they toast to
