Bar Assistant / Food and Beverage Staff

We are seeking an excellent customer service focused, organized, and well-groomed individual for a prestigious private members club based in South West London.

SALARY: £12.70 per hour + Benefits

LOCATION: South West London (SW15) – Candidates MUST reside within a commutable distance to SW15.

JOB TYPE: Part-Time, Casual

WORKING HOURS: Various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Job Overview

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to ensure 100% member satisfaction, with a focus on the bar operation within the Food & Beverage department.

Key Duties

• Provide excellent service to create a 'yes I can' attitude and exceed member expectations.
• Maintain standards for food, beverage, service, and cleanliness.
• Serve food and beverages, contribute to upselling, and follow the club's 8 steps of service.
• Manage bar stock, perform stock rotation, clean beer lines, and prepare for service.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings to discuss upcoming events and product updates.
• Regularly clean and inspect storage areas and still rooms.
• Handle cash and process payments according to club procedures.
• Follow all fire, health, safety, and security guidelines.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings.
